I saw her

Today, while sitting alone
Gazing the blue sky
With lenticular clouds around
And meandering shapes
Her aroma
Carried with Zephyr
Stirred the blood
And deluged the emotions

Her sensation
To relived the past

Out of a clear sky
It started to rain
Crippling her reflections

Through the spectral colors
For the last time
I saw her
Any resemblance to living or dead is purely adventurous...

Today I Cried

Today I cried
I cried to show my pain
My love & my hate
M broken & m lost

Today I cried
I cried for the tormenting exams
For the sleepless nights & playful days
I cried ‘coz marks won’t matter now
No teachers & no tutor

Today I cried
I cried for the wonderful days gone
For the hard days to come
I cried ‘coz once I was a student
Loving restrictions

Today I cried
I cried to let the feelings flow
Unraveling the hidden me
I cried ‘coz once I dreamt
‘coz once it was only about me

Once, Once & Once

Once I had a dream ,
A dream to shake the world
From the ruptures of silence
Of achieving the unattainable
& Creating a new Ethiopia !

Once I was strong ,
Compose the veracity lyrics
& Fight the serpent :))

Once it was all about me ,
Thoughts were chaotic ,
Nights were spend visualizing
& Days crawling over the dreams !

Once I was a learner ,
Passion was an obsession
& Success was an unseen necessity !

Once, Once & Once
I was with you

Hurry, Before the offer ends… a painful love story!

Disclaimer: This post is a work of fiction and any resemblance with living (girls) or dead (me) is purely coincidental.

Once upon a time in the history of torturous high school board days blossom a love story with genuine fragrance of pure jasmine. Those were the tough days of pre board analysis when the school authority kept no stone upturn to bully the callow unadulterated growing minds. Repetitive test paper submission remainders were met with deaf ears. Principal piqued with the Raj successive performance called him one day in her office. For an hour she opened up the front with full vigor against the Raj only to be stopped by a melodious heavenly girly voice.

Raj looked back to see his savior and was dazzled up by the beauty of Smriti. She was a year junior to him yet was the captain of one of the school four houses including his. Something strange happened that day; Raj spoke with none of his friends and preferred to be left alone. Everyone thought it was the effect of principal gospel but none knew that Raj was in love for the first time in his life.

Now his favorite recess sport was to hang in and around Smriti and admire her beauty for hours. He loved the way the gentle summer breeze drove her tingling hairs. Such news can’t be hidden for long and gradually every other student not only in his but also in her class came to know about Raj new found love, including Smriti. But never for once he dared to propose the girl of his dream for the sheer reason of not been able to sustain the pain of refusal.

Even, Smriti liked Raj and admired his looks but waited for him to first express his divine feelings. Slowly and slowly the clock ticked and the time passed. Raj school years came to an end with his 12th board exam. It was the last day of his school; juniors gave a thrilling farewell party to the seniors.

Raj penned a poem, Your Poor Nerd, expressing his love, gathered courage, drank a cola and went straight towards Smriti with a rose in his hands and admiration in his soul. But all his dreams were shattered when he saw Smriti accepting a rose from his classmate. School ended soon and never ever after Raj tried to meet her.

It’s all about Blogging Honey

It’s been quite long around eight months to be precise since I’m an active member of this creatively sane blogosphere and around one and a half year being passively present here yet I’m still a newbie. No matter how much water you extract from sea, it will never become dry; such is the case with blogging, so please stop doubting my intelligentsia. I learned a lot through my small world of blogs whether I was actively or passively involved still a lot remains yet to be conquered.

"No matter how much water you extract from sea, it will never become dry"

What you think why a nerd like me started blogging? Is it for the sheer love of reading other people stories and at least imagining in my tender thoughts that somewhere in the world someone will be interested in knowing my mind? Mr. Intelligent you are on the wrong lane; blogging was suggested by my dearest di Ritu as an alternative to killing time instead of wasting it doing nothing. And, than I felt in love with it, from just a time pass it became a passion.

Blogging changed me a lot, just have a look at some of my first posts and compare them with the newer ones and you will easily know the transformation which I underwent. I term Weakest Link as a personal blog because it all started as an online diary of personal thoughts and events. But, during the course of time the social thoughts took over their counterparts i.e. the personal and without my knowing it turned from a personal blog to plethora of social happenings. It energized my inner self and helped me gain a self confidence to let the world know my opinion on subjects which matters the most.

Not only it helped me to gain self confidence but also it was the sheer force which drove me towards entrepreneurship. I started News Not Making News as a blog not as a website only because of my love towards blogging. People ask me there is nothing big and complex about the idea behind News Not Making News so how I think it will last the tough times? To all those intruding personalities, every big and successful enterprise started with a simple idea because it’s the simplest things in life that matters the most which we happen to forget the most.

It’s not the money but the satisfaction of work which matters the most in life. I met many new friends over this wonderful blogosphere. I know them not by their education, profession, career or any other worldly thing but by their incredible thoughts which they pen down in the form of articles or posts. I humbly thank to all those exceptionally true blogger friends who draw such a vivid picture of their life through their wondrous posts.

May be life hardest realities take away my cherished treasure, blogging, away from me yet the fire will always burn deep inside my heart.

Happy blogging!

Real Beauty

Finally, I have joined the gang of bloggers trying to win over the deal. It’s great to see lots of creative and innovative output all over the blogosphere surfacing. Without wasting much time of yours I will hit straight on the topic.

What’s real beauty for me? The answer was bit perplexing for me or rather the prize money attached to it was profound enough to make it confusing. So, I thought of better going for a survey and making a consensus out of it. I asked three fellow students from different branches of engineering to help me out in my search for the real beauty. Here’s the list of what I came up with in the end.

My dearest friend from the Mechanical engineering completely astonished me when he replied that for him the real beauty lies in the shape of the supersonic jet engines. For almost half an hour he bombarded me with his knowledge on the various dimensions of engines. I requested him to pardon me for a while and straightway went towards a computer freak from the Computer Science branch.

He told me that for him real beauty is all about intelligence. He told me how he dreams about programming a robot based on the artificial intelligence. He even showed me his research work. I was flabbergasted. The third person in the row was from Instrumentation engineering. And, I must confess that I wasn’t interested a bit in knowing his reply. Yet, I went to him and asked the same question, what is real beauty for him? I was touched by his simplistic yet futuristic answer. For him it was the satisfaction he gets after automating a process control industry.

I know you might be thinking why the hell I’m talking about other people. But, my reply lies in the answers above. For me real beauty lies in the charm and charisma of my work. It’s the satisfaction which I get after completing my duties as a son, as a student and above all as the loyal citizen of my country. Real beauty for me is the random spark of energy which shines in the face of a person when he gets appraised for his good work. It’s the power which runs emotions back in their mind to keep doing the good work.

Real beauty is all about that minute stint of hope which a person gets when he suffers the most. It’s the glow in the face when we pray for the safety of our near and dear ones. It’s the enlightened body of a student when he sits in an examination hall and prays to God for letting him know each and every answer. Real beauty is all about the excitement in the eyes of a person when he wants his favorite team to lift the cup in a cricket match.

It’s the joy in the face of a boy when his long lasting proposal gets accepted. Real beauty is the feeling of happiness when a father lifts his newly born child for the first time. It’s the gentle touch of a mother. It may vary from the degree of chivalry in an army man to the passion which binds scientists together to work for a common cause. It can be the feeling of delight when swift autumn winds blow over your face or the enjoyment you get after playing in those first splashes of Monsoons.

Real beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.

First meeting...!!

‘hi m Raj’ Raj poked Jiya on a social networking site.

‘ hi m Jiya” She replied.

‘ what’s your hobbies’ Raj begin the conversation.

‘ slapping boys who tries to flirt with me ' Jiya replied.

‘ oh then I have to be at safe distance from you’

‘ so you will flirt with me’

‘ what do you mean by I will, I am doing it Ma’am’ Raj said.

Their conversation got the click, thanks to the website and within a week it become an obsession for both to talk with each other or rather chat.

Raj came to know about Jiya that she was the single spoiled girl of her parents living in Chandigarh and pursuing her graduation. The most important thing for him was that she was not committed.

Jiya came to know about Raj that like her he was too the single child of her parents and pursing his engineering from Lucknow.

Wait for more info till the book’s get completed.

Can't we re-unite Again?

India and Pakistan... ahh the brothers separated by a boundary of hatred.

Why cant we unite again by forgetting our past?

This will not be the first case in the history where two countries have united again.  Brutish Britishers and incompetency of our leaders malign our country to such a level where partitioned was the only respite. But, that was more than 63 years ago. So, don't you think it's the right time to burn our hatred and join hands together for a better future?

The hysteresis of partition led to several wars fought in between the two countries hindering the progress of both the nations. Also, cross border terrorism and trafficking led to several other problems which are by no means good for any of the country. Instead of peace talks why not our policy maker's device a policy forming a single nation again.

Why not bring Sri Lanka, Bangaldesh, and Bhutan also a beneficiary of the treaty. I know there is an organization named SAARC, but we all know that it only exists in conference hall and in big talks. I haven't included Nepal because informally they are a part of India.

The new country can be called as the INDIAN SUBCONTINENT. The country capital can be shifted to Mumbai or New Delhi can continue to hold its stature. Democracy should prevail in such a re-union.

Well I know such a policy and plan will never come into the minds of our politician's and media because if such a plan is implemented then for what will they ask vote for, as in our country and also in our neighborhood the politics of hatred is only carried out. Also media won't let such a plan be implemented 'coz that will remove their basic news- terrorism and news of folly.
