Today, while sitting aloneGazing the blue skyWith lenticular clouds aroundAnd meandering shapes
Any resemblance to living or dead is purely adventurous...Her aromaCarried with ZephyrStirred the bloodAnd deluged the emotionsHer sensationTo relived the pastOut of a clear skyIt started to rainCrippling her reflectionsThrough the spectral colorsFor the last timeI saw her

Exquisite! :)
ReplyDeleteIf there's one thing I tell poets, it's what my literature professor told me: Specify and fine tune your imagery. With the constraints of the poetic structure, we are challenged to make the most out of it. So when we say we're hurt, 'how does the pain feel like?' 'Does it sting like a bee?' 'Does it cut like a knife?' 'Does it bleed like flashflood?' I got your message. And I think you have potential. I'm just giving points for improvement. :)
ReplyDeleteThis was lovely :)
